The number of units required for a construction site depends on the number of workers on the job-site. ANSI (American National Standards Institute) suggests 1 unit for every 10 employees on a jobsite per 40-hour work week. While it is recommended your rental be reserved as far in advance as possible, the ideal reservation should be made a week prior to events and projects. Yes! We can add paper towels, hand sanitizer, seat covers in a mounted dispenser, lock and key, and chains to secure the unit. You can add all available extra options during the add-to-cart process by applying your customization.
Along with our porta pottys, Blu Site Solutions offers portable sinks, hand sanitizer stations, holding tanks and restroom trailers for construction and special events. We also provide accessories for needed enhancements including containment trays, hi-rise lift kits, LED motion lights, and pad locks for added security.
Yes! To protect your rental equipment from damages and losses, you must purchase a Loss and Damage Waiver. A Loss and Damage waiver will protect you from any additional charges incurred from accidents, vandalism, weather damages, or theft. By declining the Loss and Damage waiver, you accept full responsibility of additional fees incurred from lost or damaged rented equipment.

Pricing and Payments
To ensure safe wastewater disposal, an environmental reclamation fee is charged to each billing cycle. To learn more about the reclamation of wastewater and applicable fees, please contact one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives at (800)682-7023.
Although a damage waiver is not required for rental, it is highly recommended that a Loss and Damage waiver be purchased to eliminate possible charges incurred by major damages and losses. Ask our customer service representatives about adding a Loss and Damage waiver to your rental solution.
It is not required that you be on site for pickup and delivery. Our experienced customer service representatives will coordinate the logistics of your pickup and delivery. They will assist in determining the location, date, and time that is best for you.
All portable rentals include a standard service once a week. In the event additional services are needed, we offer various service option frequencies to choose from. Our employees always make reasonable attempts to service your unit(s). Occasionally units are blocked, unreachable or behind locked gates. If your units are inaccessible, our trained service technicians will "FLAG" units in our GPS monitored software to indicate they were on site but unable to complete service. Notations will be made as to why the unit was not properly serviced. Customers can request service prior to their next scheduled route day for an additional fee.
